COMMUNITY GIVES HOPE
Former inmates should not feel alone. Therefore, the mission of the exit community FREE INMATE is to give hope to former inmates and their relatives by showing them the love of Jesus and at the same time walking with them – side by side.
This will be achieved through a concrete, hands-on offer to help, support and inspire former inmates to get both a new start and a foundation for a healthy and sustainable future. Here, community is the cornerstone.

- FREE INMATE wishes - together with our partners - to strengthen and develop the project so that the targeted work becomes a blessing for the individual and for society as a whole.
- FREE INMATE sees resocialization both as a real service in churches, congregations and church communities and as a societal obligation. That is why we wish to inspire and equip our partners to effectively build bridges back to life for former inmates - so that everyone will be left a winner.
- FREE INMATE's vision is to be exactly where former inmates and their relatives need it to be. The goal is therefore to become nationwide.
